James Lee Jr. took over the business sometime in 1887 or 1888\u00a0following the companies financial difficulties and renamed the business Lee Brothers Co. which became the sole supplier to the Lee Line for all repair and maintenance items.\u00a0 James Lee 3rd worked for Lee Bros. for a brief time before engaging in a number of business ventures and occupations\u00a0prior to\u00a0his passing in 1919.\u00a0 He married his fathers law partners daughter Bodine Warinner.\u00a0 Together they had one daughter Sadie Ardinger Lee.\u00a0 They are buried in the H C Warinner family plot at Elmwood Cemetery.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/leelinesteamers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Warinner-Elmwood-plot.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-2234\" src=\"http:\/\/leelinesteamers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Warinner-Elmwood-plot-1024x693.jpg\" alt=\"Warinner Elmwood plot\" width=\"640\" height=\"433\" srcset=\"https:\/\/leelinesteamers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Warinner-Elmwood-plot-1024x693.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/leelinesteamers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Warinner-Elmwood-plot-300x203.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_2232\" style=\"width: 650px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/leelinesteamers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/James-Lee-3-Grave-Marker.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2232\" class=\"size-large wp-image-2232\" src=\"http:\/\/leelinesteamers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/James-Lee-3-Grave-Marker-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"James Lee 3rd son of James Lee Jr. and Capt.
